I am here to listen, support, help you achieve your goals and discover your inner potential in a non-judgmental, compassionate way.
I primarily work with adults in individual therapy. In addition to working with clients dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, etc., l also have experience working with the military, and look forward to providing more services in maternal mental health for the pregnant and new parent populations in the coming months as well.
I know all too well the busy world we all live in these days. That's why I provide in-office services in Scarborough as well as teletherapy options for those who cannot make it to the office but would still like to seek counseling. I am no longer taking on new Virginia clients. I look forward to hearing from you!
