I am a psychotherapist, contemporary psychoanalyst, couples and group therapist, and a licensed clinical social worker by training. I work with adults and older adolescents and lead two Relational Psychotherapy Groups, where men and women enhance their ability to have healthy relationships. I work with people on problems of everyday living, which includes understanding the impact of their family history on present day living and working on practical solutions as well. I am warm and interactive and place a high value on developing a relationship with my patients where they can feel my presence, understanding, and empathy.

I specialize in contemporary psychotherapies and am a group psychotherapist, also using imagery and body awareness to promote emotional awareness, I have expertise in trauma; physical, emotional, and sexual abuse; grief and loss; issues of self-esteem and one's overall sense of self; spirituality; social anxiety and relationship issues.

As a Contemporary Relational Psychoanalyst, I work with individuals and how they view themselves, others, and their world. I also lead a Relational Psychotherapy Group which focuses on experiencing relationships in a more comfortable and satisfying way. I also teach and present to professional and lay audiences and am available for clinical supervision and consultation.
