Additionally, I am dedicated to being an empathetic support throughout any transitions and hardships that life may present such as pregnancy, parenthood, traumas, grief, career transitions and more.

I love working with teens and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and grief. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice from my education, training, and lived experiences. I am here to validate and support my clients as they navigate the ups and downs of their lives.
