Sometimes life’s challenges can be difficult to navigate on our own. As a therapist, my role is to walk alongside you on your journey of healing and wellness. If you’ve been struggling with feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or stuck, we can work together to get you to a place where you have peace, clarity, and happiness.
I work with children, teens, and adults, and utilize a combination of CBT and DBT-based approaches to assist clients who struggle with issues such as: regulating emotions, interpersonal issues, anxiety disorders, self-harm, depression, SOGIE (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and Expression) concerns, school refusal, grief, and life transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate with an emphasis on highlighting your unique strengths. I also prioritize providing a safe and validating therapeutic environment for BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and other minorities struggling to survive under oppressive societal systems.
