English
| español As a Latina mujer, I understand the importance of feeling heard, understood, and seen in a therapeutic space that embraces all of who you are. Therefore, to be able to provide a culturally sensitive space for my clients is important for me because I understand that cultural backgrounds and generational factors play a role on our mental health. I have experience working with individuals who have anxiety, depression, trauma, intergenerational issues, interpersonal issues, and others.
I have an outgoing, kind and empathetic personality and like to use that to connect and build trust with my clients. I have extensive experience working with the Latinx community, including immigrant and vulnerable populations. I enjoy working with young adults, first generation college students of color, LGBTQIA+ community, older adults, and parents.
Life gets hard, stressful, and overwhelming. Therefore, I provide the space to talk, discuss, and work towards healing. Contact me today to learn more, let me support you in finding your own strength, your own voice, and with a strong therapeutic alliance, work towards emotional stability one step at a time.
