My goal is to provide my patients with a safe and confidential environment that encourages exploration and understanding of their emotional life. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, couples therapy, trauma, and personality disorders.

I work with my patients to uncover unconscious conflicts that may be holding them back from living their best lives. By utilizing a therapeutic approach rooted in psychoanalysis and psychodynamic modalities, I help my patients understand how their past and early relationships and experiences are shaping their present-day thoughts and behaviors.
