Sessions with me often involve using a creative perspective to help ground you into the present moment and create awareness around personal patterns and mistaken beliefs. It is YOU who brings the truth to your experience and with my training, which is rooted in metaphor & visual understandings, I will help guide you towards insight and transformation.
