I provide psychotherapy to adults, and couples who are coping with a variety of different concerns including PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, spirituality, and other life transitions. As a psychologist I draw from a number of research-supported techniques including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy, and Exposure Based Treatments for Anxiety and PTSD. I have advanced training in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and EMDR, proven treatments for PTSD.
