My many years as a supervisor and professor taught me that therapists need to be self-aware, and above all, hold compassionate, safe, reliable space that invites your trust. This “container of trust” is the vital ground for therapy to unfold. It encourages ALL parts of you to feel welcome, so we can work to heal your innermost wounds and traumas.

As a Latinx immigrant, I'm attuned to issues of culture and race. I provide individual and couples therapy, psychedelic preparation and integration, supervision services, and immigration evaluations, with a focus on LGBTQIA+, trauma, & a sub-specialty in working with journalists. In our work, you will gain deep insights and flex new emotional muscles.

My integrative skills draw from a multiplicity of theoretical backgrounds, and range from working with the unconscious, to more directive, active approaches.
