Hi there. My name is Madison, or Madi, whatever you prefer! I have a background in powerlifting and involvement in the fitness community for over a decade- health and wellness is a passion of mine to say the least! With that being said, naturally I take a holistic approach and combine mind and body as we walk through your healing journey. However, I am not isolated to just integrative health, and am flexible to working through a variety of life's challenges and mental health concerns. You'll find I am flexible and will meet you where you're at, together we will go at your pace toward healing.
I specialize in working with athletes (including bodybuilding, powerlifting, CrossFit, strongman, team sports, individual sports, etc.). I am a certified personal trainer, EMDR certified, and certified in Integrative Health and Nutrition for Mental Health (CIMHP). I am also an artist, and love to find ways to integrate creativity into the therapy room!
