I am an affirming therapist and am honored to create a safe space for children, families, LGBTQ, and neuro-diverse folx. As a therapist I will support you in exploring your identity and sense of self through traditional talk therapy and non-verbal play-based processing methods such sand tray. I am a trained Adlerian Psychotherapist and a Registered Play Therapist. I work with individuals 3 years through adult and am certified in parenting support. I would love to be part of you, your child, and family's journey towards joy. I look forward to connecting with you!
My therapeutic approach is grounded in creative connection and relational healing. I specialize in using play therapy approaches with all ages to support processing of emotions and experiences with or without verbal processing. I utilize Sand Tray, Art, and Play Therapy. I am trained in diagnostics for DC: 0-5 early childhood mental health.
My office offers a warm and welcoming space to process in a non-judgmental atmosphere. I provide multiple sand tray and art materials to support client's of all ages in processing both verbally and non-verbally, as they are comfortable. You can expect me to meet you where you are and be non-directive in my approach.
