I specialize in life transitions, and everything that comes with them, throughout childhood, adolescents, and young adulthood. This includes depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, anger, and substance misuse. I also have a breadth of experience working with individuals with disabilities. I provide individual and family therapy. I see clients aged 5 and up.
I believe counseling should be tailored to each client's individual needs. With that said, I use an integrative approach which utilizes techniques and orientations from many different counseling philosophies.
I strive to create a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental space for all of my clients. Whether it is your first time in counseling or 100th, every client deserves a space where they can freely express how they feel in order to accomplish their desired goals.
