How can I help? I’m excited to work with motivated Clients moving towards their own unique goals-whether that is dealing with the stress of everyday life, coping with overwhelming emotions, healing past traumas, building self-esteem and communication skills, or fostering safe relationships. I teach and practice strategies proven to reduce distress and increase healthy functioning - using mindfulness, play, and person centered methods (among others) in our work together. I have advanced training in trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD, I can't wait to meet you!
