Hello! I provide virtual EMDR Therapy for residents of Colorado and have been a therapist for over twenty years. I have created a successful, comprehensive wellness program that incorporates all aspects of health. I specialize in complex trauma, disordered eating and body image concerns, attachment & family systems, religious-based & generational trauma, and dissociative disorders and Dissociative Identity Disorder. I enjoy working with adults & teens using EMDR Therapy, and I incorporate other therapy models like "Parts Work" and IFS as well.
