I am certified in EMDR and trained in IFS but use whatever skill or technique is most effective for each client.
I am a skilled trauma clinician, with years of dedicated study and experience in helping clients overcome and heal from PTSD and dissociation. I help those who struggle to feel present in their daily lives or have blank spots in their memories. Besides struggling to sleep, they may battle thoughts of self harm, suicide, and/or self-loathing. They feel stuck.
