We currently have in-person openings in our Somerville & Medford offices with multiple providers. We offer telehealth as well for clients in Massachusetts. We work with adult clients whose needs can range from seeking help with everyday stressors and life transitions to working on trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, OCD and much more. Our therapists are non-judgmental and collaborative and value inclusion with personalized treatment. Typically, our clients are seeking longer-term therapy relationships.
We offer individual psychotherapy for adults, and treat issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, life transitions, relationship concerns, and LGBTQ+ concerns. We have therapists that are informed by psychodynamic & relational approaches, CBT, DBT, ACT, expressive arts therapy, mindfulness, and existential approaches.

DBT Skills Training Group

This 8-week group introduces the Mindfulness and Distress Tolerance skills of DBT. Within each 8-week group you will have opportunities to discuss the skills, receive feedback and support from peers on the use and practice of these skills. The book that will be used is DBT Skills Training Handouts and Worksheets by Marsha M. Linehan (2nd edition) and is recommended you acquire prior to the group starting. Our hope is to hold the group in-person in our Somerville office starting in Oct 2024, but we will switch to virtual if the group needs necessitate that.

The Men’s Interpersonal Group will explore topics chosen by participants, such as life-transitions, relationships, mental health, anxiety and understanding our relationships with masculinity. The goal for this group is to give men a time and place to utilize one another for support and connection, during a time when it is increasingly rare to do so. This is a space intended for a diverse group of men of all racial/ethnic backgrounds and sexual identities.
