I also may incorporate expressive art therapy into sessions to offer clients creative ways to express thoughts, feelings and emotions. The process of working with a variety of art materials can help increase self-awareness and personal growth.
I work with issues related to: grief/loss, depression, anxiety, dementia, caregiver support, relationships, infertility/ family building, postpartum/parenting support and clinical supervision.
