Pain is a part of life, but suffering doesn't have to be. Difficult or painful experiences can contribute to suffering in many forms, including depression, anxiety, lack of self-compassion, ineffective behaviors, and relationship struggles. I believe that through pain, we have the opportunity to nurture the strength and wisdom that each individual already holds.
My goal is to provide a safe space to explore the emotions, thoughts, and beliefs that often keep clients stuck. I take a holistic approach to helping clients overcome challenges and meet their goals, often incorporating mindfulness-based interventions.
You don't have to struggle alone. In a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship, you can find a place to process, question, and learn about yourself.
