Do you feel stuck on a never ending loop trapped by your own thoughts or behaviors? Is everyone telling you it’s your fault because you drank or used, but you feel like they just don’t understand? If you feel stuck in this place I can provide a non judgmental safe space for you to explore. We will explore feelings and past experiences that drive the thoughts and urges to use or drink. I will help you define your own reasons for recovery rather than submitting to what everyone else’s reasons are. We’ll work together to understand how you got here and build a life that feels worth living.
I use a variety of clinical interventions with a focus in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Other approaches I utilize are Family Systems, Inner Child, and Motivational Interviewing. I am a LIMHP with experience working in substance use in the Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, and Residential levels of care. I currently offer services for ASAM levels 0.5 and 1.
