Free Heart Community offers ongoing groups and workshops for those who are looking to enhance their coping skills and connection. Do you want sustainable solutions for your wellness, coping abilities, and support, without judgement? Our community is a comfortable place where you can express needs and wants and dedicated to the caretakers, people-pleasers, big-hearted or highly sensitive people ready for change. Free Heart hosts wellness groups in 6-week series, focusing on ways to manage healthy change; practice effective self-care tools to improve relationships; enhance self-regulation and stress reduction toward resiliency.
Free Heart Community is a safe and holistic group experience focused on growth mindset, mindfulness, self-regulation, communication, wellness practices, and more. Our mission is to support others to live their life freely, receiving support, increasing connection, self-care, and compassion that is essential to our wellbeing and sustainability .
Space is limited to 10 people per group. We are currently accepting new clients and offer a sliding scale fee, so please do not hesitate to book a free consultation online today! .

Do you often take care of others, but neglect your own self-care? This group is an online weekly skills and support group, designed to offer educational lessons and coping strategies to effectively improve daily life. We focus on stress, self-care needs, improving limited self-worth, optimization of daily routine, and decrease negative impulses and emotion regulation. Through mind and body practices that include using holistic, evidence-based, and actionable methods we combine the support and non-judgmental space within the group to express and explore new tools and insights to better cope with stress and self-care.
