Taking steps towards seeking support can be overwhelming yet empowering. As your therapist, I provide empathetic listening while using a person-centered, holistic approach to help create a happier life. I work with people from adolescence through adulthood, and my specialties include trauma, relationships, and perinatal health. My goal in working together is to create a space where you can explore and process areas of your life in a safe, non-judgmental way. We will explore a number of evidenced-based techniques to help address problematic thought patterns or behaviors in hopes to achieve a better quality of life!
I have my Maternal Mental Health Certificate and am a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner. Brainspotting is an intervention that is used to help heal trauma, decrease pain, and promote peak functioning. I also have additional training in Acceptance and Committed Therapy, Attachment, CBT and IFS informed.
I utilize a strength-based perspective, without judgment but rather with empathy and understanding. I seek to make my environment comfortable for you in hopes you feel the ability to unload the stress of your life during our time together.
