Feeling exhausted, stressed, and anxious nearly all of the time has become normalized- but it doesn’t have to be like that. I work with adults and teens that struggle with feeling calm in a chaotic world. People who want to feel in-control, but can't move past life's uncertainties. I work with those who struggle to make decisions, are constantly seeking reassurance, and are striving for a better understanding of themselves.
I view therapy as a collaborative process. I take an individualized approach to the therapeutic journey, using techniques from modalities such as CBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy. As a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher, I may also incorporate meditation, mindfulness, and mind-body connection into treatment to foster holistic wellness.
Seeking a therapist can be hard, so be proud of yourself for being here. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate energy in the therapy room. A space to explore your previous story and write a new one. If you feel that working with me would be helpful for your needs, please reach out. I'd love to speak with you.
