To those who are struggling to navigate life’s constant uncertainty, I see you. Life is tough sometimes. My clients are adults (18+) who feel stuck and unsure of how to move forward. They may have just lost someone important to them and often question, "how in the world will I continue without them?" They may be feeling uncertain and looking to deepen their connection and understanding of themselves. They may be feeling that it is time to make space to explore the hardships they have experienced.
In therapy, I prioritize compassion and understanding. I ask my clients to show up, exactly as they, and to bring their authentic selves to each session. The work that we do is tough, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for all of my clients.
I believe in the idea that we are not working to feel GOOD, we are working to FEEL good.
