Let’s Talk, is my moto. In my 10 years of practice, I have learned one valuable lesson, and that is that we must identify and talk about our trauma’s, fears, hurts and challenges, to process them and live a more fulfilled life. We often experience a wide array of emotions and do not understand why we feel in such a way. I’m here to help you unravel the confusion and help you achieve a new level of understanding. My treatment approach include; Psychodynamic, Reality Therapy, Solution-focused, Person-centered and other modalities. I will help you navigate through change, growth, and empowerment to discover your true potential.
I work with adults, adolescents, and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, marital discord, trauma, anger, poor self-esteem or simply adjustment to transitional life changes. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, environment to explore and talk about feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
I am a Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners approved Clinical Supervisor. I offer supervision to MSW and LMSW supervisees who are seeking licensure to become an LMSW or LCSW.
