Greetings, I appreciate your reaching out. My name is Elvia Denise, and I offer counseling services tailored to address a range of psychological challenges, including but not limited to depression, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, postpartum depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, adjustment, and low self-esteem. With specialized training from Postpartum Support International in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, I am committed to their guiding principles: You Are Not Alone, You Are Not to Blame, With Help You Will Be Well. My focus lies particularly in supporting women navigating through perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

I provide both online and face-to-face counseling sessions to accommodate diverse needs and preferences. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, offering trauma-informed care to address underlying issues contributing to mental health struggles.
