As a licensed counselor, I am committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and build resilience. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, substance use, and perinatal mental health concerns. I use evidence-based approaches to help my clients develop healthy coping skills and improve their overall wellbeing. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. As your therapist I will be both a listening ear and a source of guidance and support. I will collaborate with you to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique needs.

I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and I am dedicated to helping my clients find their inner strengths and resilience. I am happy to serve teenagers 14+, adults, couples and families. My therapeutic style combines CBT, Person-Centered, Solution- Focused, ACT and Strengths Based therapies.
