My approach to therapy is allowing my client the space to explore wherever is most pressing at the moment. In our sessions, we will explore unhealthy thought patterns that contribute to mood changes while also finding change centered talk that helps motivate us towards goals! I'm happy to be both your support while also giving you the challenges you need!
Beginning counseling can be an overwhelming and intimidating experience. It's ok to feel unsure about talking with a stranger about your mental health!
