I work mostly with adolescent girls (13+) and young women. I have a passion for issues such as childhood sexual abuse, trauma, relational struggles, stress, infertility, post-partum depression, and grief.
Often, the things we experience in this life shape the way that we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. We learn to cope a certain way that works for the time being.
