I work with a diverse group of individuals, adults and children, who may be dealing with depression, anxiety or trauma. I hope to use a mix of solution focused techniques and Cognitive behavioral techniques in order to set goals that will benefit each client where they are currently personally, professionally and relationally.
I have worked with children, adults, and families. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and family systems. I have training in Play Therapy which I use when working with children.
