I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with almost 10 years of experience specializing in Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma-and-Stressor-Related Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and grief and loss. I treat patients between the ages of 11 and 90 utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also embed stress management strategies into my sessions, some of which can be seen as a catalyst for bridging the gap between mind and body.
