My Mental Health Professional journey began as a Client. I found myself so inspired by my Therapy experience, I knew I wanted a career providing the same for others. Whether our work surrounds symptoms of depression or anxiety, ADHD, life changes/transitions, trauma, identity, self-esteem, or stressors related to work, school, family, or relationships; I believe strongly that personal growth requires having someone in your corner and I would love to be that unbiased someone, providing a therapeutic space that is individualized and collaborative and having your best-interest and life goals as our top priority.
I offer client-centered therapy to individuals, couples, and groups, utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Counseling, various Mindfulness techniques, & Impact Therapy, among others. My approach is calm, casual, and conversational
