Welcome, I'm glad you're here! As your counselor I believe you are the expert in your life and I want to honor the courage, strength, and vulnerability it takes to start the therapeutic journey. I work with adults, adolescents (16+), and couples struggling with recent life transitions, symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or grief, and other stressors. In therapy, I will collaborate with you to learn new coping strategies, explore your authentic self, and build strong, rewarding relationships.
I work to provide treatment specific to your needs with multiple treatment modalities, including Person Centered, Feminist, Mindfulness-based (MBCT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method tools.
