I am passionate about helping people find balance and healing in their life. From everyday challenges to traumatic events, we may need help navigating difficult circumstances. I use a person-centered approach in guiding you through the process of learning tools and techniques to increase peace, motivation, and meaning in your life.
I will help you to identify triggers, emotions, and thoughts, and learn coping skills for increased emotional regulation. You will learn techniques to help lower the symptoms of frustration, anxiety and depression. I also specialize in trauma work using CBT, EMDR and Schema Therapy to help you process the events and learn how to move forward.
In the first session, we will explore what brings you to seeking help and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. Together, we will develop treatment goals and strategies to help you to proceed successfully on your journey in life. I look forward to helping you!
