I enjoy helping people of all ages improve their self-esteem, build confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and heal attachment wounds in order to live their most comfortable, authentic lives. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including narrative therapy, IFS "parts work", and a blend of cognitive and somatic techniques to explore the ways in which past and present issues are causing internal conflicts and contributing to stress, overwhelm, depression, and anxiety. My therapeutic approach is conversational and interpersonal; I embrace imperfection and authenticity in order to see the good in all humans.
Join me for Women's Lunch Hour, a virtual women's group every Wednesday at 12pm to build self-compassion, community, and self-care skills!
I assist clients with examining and challenging the negative core beliefs learned from the past. With new perspectives about their own life story, clients can feel more empowered to make changes in their thought patterns and behavior, and “rewrite” their life story for a future that better reflects and represents their core Self.
I am a client-centered therapist who will both validate and challenge you. Clients will learn to prioritize their own internal experience to process, heal, and understand themselves better. I can help you reflect and find clarity, with the goal of allowing yourself to fully experience and embrace the range of your emotions and humanity.

Space limited to 12 participants. We will talk about Self-Care, Communication, Emotional Regulation, Healthy Relationships, Self-Compassion and a range of issues and helpful topics that face women today. The group is an Online virtual secure telehealth group. Wednesdays Noon-1 p.m. We accept most insurances!
