VIRTUAL GROUP Women 30 years+ interested in a supportive group experience that focuses on Personal Growth & Wellness. This group is not intended to take the place of therapy. Space limited to 12 participants. We will talk about Self-Care, Communication, Emotional Regulation, Healthy Relationships, Self-Compassion and a range of issues and helpful topics that face women today.
