Welcome! I'm Lacy. I'm a people-person who believes in the inherent dignity of all life. I walk alongside people who are changing harmful patterns within themselves and their relationships. My style as a therapist is warm, curious, humorous, and compassionate. I’m told I have good “mother energy” which I consider a massive compliment. I don’t mind speaking directly when it benefits our work together, but I make a point to check in and ensure I’m meeting where your needs are. I have extra training in personality theory and couples therapy.
Like many of us, I was raised to place outward measures of success above my inner life. Emotions were dismissed as unnecessary obstacles. But no amount of money, success, or hard work can replace a wholehearted and connected life.
