I help women and queer folks who are ready to heal the pain of past experiences and come home to themselves. Through trauma-informed and compassionate care, let's work together to help you reestablish your sense of self, reconnect with your intuition, and deepen your relationship to others. Individuals who have experienced religious harm, disappointment in faith communities, or are leaving high control groups are particularly drawn to my work. It's important to honor the grief and feelings of isolation that can come with reconsidering beliefs that were once so important to you.

In my practice as a therapist, I have learned that healing often comes through the power of relationships - including ours! By working to create a safe space together, we can help your nervous system begin to take a deep breath, and start to really unpack the areas where you are experiencing pain.

I believe that each person's story is incredibly sacred & important. I know the importance of creating a space where you feel heard, seen, & fully embraced - regardless of how you are showing up.
