Members will receive the journal Nourishing the Strong Black Woman: A Self-Care Journal, 2nd Edition, with prompts and exercises to capitalize on the ideas and concepts we cover in the group. It’s designed to explore more in-depth what we’ve uncovered in our time together and prepare you for each upcoming virtual session.
