I am so happy you are here! Seeking support can be intimidating, but it is an integral step in your healing journey. I believe in the importance of a collaborative therapeutic relationship and act as a partner to individuals seeking to heal from past experiences, process difficult emotions, and create a life full of joy and purpose. I will work alongside my clients to tailor unique interventions to meet their specific needs while fostering a sense of empowerment and self-discovery.
Much of my work consists of supporting individuals with a history of trauma and/or grief, though I also work with women embarking on life’s many transitions. My therapeutic approach is trauma-focused, integrative, and draws from a diverse range of modalities, such as narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness.
My compassionate, empathetic demeanor creates a welcoming environment where one can explore all parts of their story. Sessions with me are conversational, casual, and rooted in my core belief that individuals are the expert of their own experiences. I offer individual and group sessions, including a group for adult survivors of child sexual abuse.

Groups
Adult Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse
Participating in this group is a unique and restorative experience. Clients will have the opportunity to connect with other survivors of child sexual abuse. Common themes addressed in group include safety, navigating relationships, intimacy, coping skills, self-blame, and trust. Sessions allow individuals to connect with other survivors and feel less isolated in their healing journey. It is open to women, 18 and over, who experienced sexual abuse as children. Perpetrators can be male or female, family or non-family. Group is held on Wednesday evenings, from 7pm-8:30pm, via Zoom.
