Adult Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse

Participating in this group is a unique and restorative experience. Clients will have the opportunity to connect with other survivors of child sexual abuse. Common themes addressed in group include safety, navigating relationships, intimacy, coping skills, self-blame, and trust. Sessions allow individuals to connect with other survivors and feel less isolated in their healing journey. It is open to women, 18 and over, who experienced sexual abuse as children. Perpetrators can be male or female, family or non-family. Group is held on Wednesday evenings, from 7pm-8:30pm, via Zoom.
