Hello! I am a Licensed Counselor and specialize in treating eating disorders and addiction. It can be hard sometimes to take the first step and reach out for help. I believe everyone can benefit from talking to someone no matter how big or small the problem. I really enjoy working with my patients and helping them get back to a happier and healthier life. I work with teenagers and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem problems, anger, trauma, self-harming, boundaries, parent-child relationships, domestic violence and grief & loss.
My treatment methods include supportive counseling, CBT and DBT. Through encouragement, engagement, education and processing, I see clients achieve their goals. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore issues and make changes to your life.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University and received my Master's in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I also facilitate the Teen DBT Group every Thursday from 5:30pm-7:30pm.

Groups
Teen DBT Group
Is your teen experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger, social skills problems, self-harming, eating disorders, identity struggles, or conflict in relationships? Then this DBT group for teenagers will be able to help. This is an 8 -week group for teenagers ages 13-17 that meets on Thursdays from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Teens are welcome to begin any Thursday. There is a supplies fee of $100 for all group members. We accept BCBS, Aetna and UHC insurances which can help cover the cost. If not using insurance and paying cash, the cost is $400 + $100 supplies fee.
