Teen DBT Group

Is your teen experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger, social skills problems, self-harming, eating disorders, identity struggles, or conflict in relationships? Then this DBT group for teenagers will be able to help. This is an 8 -week group for teenagers ages 13-17 that meets on Thursdays from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Teens are welcome to begin any Thursday. There is a supplies fee of $100 for all group members. We accept BCBS, Aetna and UHC insurances which can help cover the cost. If not using insurance and paying cash, the cost is $400 + $100 supplies fee.
