Hi I'm Kristen Telon, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a huge advocate for early intervention and looking into childhood for answers to issues in adulthood. My favorite therapy modalities are CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, Christian Therapy, Family systems, and EFT.
I have worked with children, teens, families, adults, veterans, parents, couples and more. I work with a wide variety of issues including addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood trauma, relationship distress, body dysmorphia, eating disorders, OCD, ADHD, and more.
