Because of this, I believe that the safe, trusting environment and relationship built between therapist and client is at the core of this work. What’s most important to me is that you feel comfortable being yourself in therapy, and my goal is that you always feel heard, supported, and accepted. Therapy is different for everybody, and I want this process to be unique and personal to you and your needs.
I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and older adults. My specialty areas include working with anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma/PTSD, life transitions, and other presenting challenges. I also take a holistic approach to therapy and value the various factors that guide and influence your life.
