I am passionate about working with people who are trying to overcome trauma, self doubt or unhelpful thought and behavioral patterns. I am passionate about and have an extensive background in working with poly/ENM, kink, LGBTQIA and other alternative lifestyle communities. I am currently in an AASECT sex therapy training program. I am an approved adult and youth trans provider and work with adults and youth in gender affirming care and letters of support.
I am specialized in several disciplines including but not limited to EMDR, somatic therapy, Accelerated Resolution . MDMA/Ketamine/Psilocybin therapy and cognitive processing Therapy. I am trained and passionate about ethical non monogamy, kink, LGBTQIA & other folx!
Over a decade ago I struggled to get therapy or medicine that worked for me. I was on emotional disability and faced misdiagnosing and poor treatment due to my identities, lifestyles and trauma.
