I believe that all people are capable of transformative healing when met with compassionate care. I seek to meet clients with empathy and curiosity and feel privileged to walk alongside them on their journey in therapy. I honor that clients are the experts of their own lives and I seek to provide a safe and affirming therapeutic experience. I'm obsessed with getting to the root cause of things rather than just teaching clients to cope with symptoms. Because of this I take a holistic bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach that fosters transformative healing.

I see myself as a relationship consultant who partners with clients to help them identify and compassionately shift unhelpful patterns that keep them stuck. I specialize in working with teens, adults, and couples. Most importantly, I really LOVE doing this work and I'm deeply dedicated to my clients’ success.

I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also a yoga teacher (E-RYT 200) and bring mindfulness and somatic awareness into my work. I have extensive training in these modalities and did my doctoral research on EFT.
