Searching for someone to support you during what is likely a difficult time and/or a season of change can be a big deal. In my therapeutic relationships, I walk alongside clients as they work to transform their most important relationships with loved ones and with themselves. I have a heart for and offer affirming care to all people. I am committed to learning and growing in my care for people in the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. I have a speciality in journeying with parents as they navigate reconnecting with and supporting their teens. I also specialize in treating complex PTSD.
I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) and view relationships using an attachment lens. With individuals, I use a relational approach and have advanced training in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work.
I have unconditional positive regard for my clients and enter into each session with humility, hope, and deep compassion. My goal is to meet my clients with gentleness, curiosity, and insight as I help them achieve their therapeutic goals.
