I aim to be that support, and to empower you to move toward the life you desire. I especially hope to guide you toward a healthier relationship with yourself and more fulfilling relationships with others.
I take an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy and enjoy working with adults, teens, kids, and couples. I seek to provide care for concerns like anxiety and depression, life transitions, grief and loss, spiritual concerns, and relationship issues. I am a Prepare/Enrich Certified Facilitator and have been trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
My work is grounded in the belief that change is possible and that it is better to face the complexities and challenges of life together. My aim is to provide a safe place for you to be heard, seen, and known, and to work together to foster greater healing and wholeness.
