My passion and experience is working with adults navigating life’s challenges. Life can be hard, so can taking the steps to change & accept. I try to support finding a balance. I want to help you figure out what works best for you to get on with living your best life. I value encouraging self-compassion, self worth, & emotional wellbeing throughout the process of working on your goals. We will navigate the complexities of acceptance and change, it's hard, but you are not alone!

Your treatment would be focused on your goals & needs. Sometimes that looks like problem solving, other times it may be holding space. I use a variety of treatment approaches tailored to you, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectic behavior therapy, & mindfulness. I put an emphasis on education, coping skills, & validation.
