Being in the mental health field since 2012, I know the importance our mental health plays in our everyday lives. It impacts our motivation, self-esteem, relationships and physical health. My treatment approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Informed Therapy. I use a person-centered and strengths-based approach with each person I work with. I am firm believer in whole wellness and recognize that “not one size fits all.”
